"There aren't enough stars in the world for Jim and his crew, seriously. THE most amazing man and staff. He truly CARES about his clients, the work he is doing and how his workers present themselves. I have never dealt with such professionalism. I have been totally blown away by day 1. He committed to me that he would get the work done for us, although when they came to do the job my builder had just made a huge mess of EVERYTHING (that is an understatement, to say the least). Anyone else would have walked away from us, but not Jim! He said he told us he would do the job and that he job. Far and above! He SAVED us from the HUGE mess our terrible builder had made, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even cleaned up everyone else's mess. Despite all the extra hours and days it took them! He was great at communication, letting me know what they were doing and when. Always on time, always courtious, and his employees are the most professional men I've ever worked work--again, blown away! He installed countertops throughout our house and did a waterfall in our kitchen. I have been having such a terrible time with our builder, I haven't once walked into our house and loved it or been happy--until TODAY, thanks to Jim and my beautiful countertops. He finally gave me something to be proud of and love. If you can't tell, Jim has been SUCH a joy and the bright spot that we needed in our build process. Without him and his help, I don't even know where I would be. Truly wish he could finish our entire house!"

"Clark and his crew did exceptional work in a timely manner. I have a very large area in the front of my house that a large window had to be special ordered. I had to make a decision on two different models of windows. Clark helped me make my decision explaining the curb appeal one had over the other. I am very happy with the choice Clark helped me with. As each project was completed, I had communication with Clark. The old windows (single pane) were hauled off, the rotten wood, from the overhang where the soffit and fascia were installed, was hauled off and my old roof material was hauled off without leaving any debris in my yard. They also tore down my old deck cover and saved good material, aluminum sheets, so I could reuse it for another purpose and replaced it with an more manageable option. The jobs they performed were very professional. I with no doubt will use Express Sunrooms and Windows again. I believe this project was money well spent. Julie"

"I was sitting at home one day waiting on another company to measure my roof and give me an estimate. The door bell rang and they was right on time. Nope it was this company showing up unannounced, said they was in the neighborhood and wanted to see if it was ok to measure, I explained I had someone coming and I wouldn't have time, he said no problem because he doesn't sit down with me anyway. they email and mail the estimate. I said go ahead and he finished to about 5 minutes and was gone, no climbing on the roof or anything. I am sure that is ok but if I am going to spend 10k or better on something, I want a sit down for that and I am sure I am not alone on that.  <br /> The C instead of an F is, he did mail and email me promptly. If he would just had done business like most people and at least called me back and set a schedule, I probably would have given him the work. The estimate was a little high but not crazy and they are family business and that is the kind I love supporting. <br />"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. "I had been looking for a reliable handyman a long time and reached out to many places. Nathan at BHR Construction was the most responsive and called me back right away. He referred the work to Mike and Jeff who did outstanding work. I needed a new porch swing hung where the old one had rotted out and fallen. Mike not only installed the new one properly but made several improvements to the ceiling area to ensure the swing was stable and would hold tight. Mike and Jeff did all the work expertly and efficiently and went the extra mile to show me how to operate an electronic gate which required new batteries, which they also installed. They also fixed a broken area in the fence and assembled additional porch and patio furniture. I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend them and BHR."

"Our Sales Representative, Mark Burch, came at the agreed upon time to provide an estimate. He then arranged to come back with an installer to confirm some details and make sure he could deliver on the project as promised. His follow through from start to finish was excellent. There was a bit of a delay for installation with holidays and inclement weather but we were apprised of this. The installers were in and out without incident and clean up was excellent. There was a problem with engineering a sliding glass door and they informed us of this and apparently reordered twice before they were satisfied with the quality of fit. To be honest we could not detect the problem but were appreciative of their attention to detail. There was one crack in a window that developed shortly after installation which was quickly responded to and replaced with no complications or problems. We are very satisfied especially after having a negative experience with the two other estimates we received before going with Window World. Also, the proposed refitting of the breezeway was a better design than proposed by the other two companies and the cost was about 1/2 of the highest bid. <br />"

"South Point Roofing & Construction did what they contracted to do, on schedule, and without hidden charges. As a homeowner, I have had (too) many experiences dealing with contractors who promise a project at a certain price and fail to deliver quality work or find every excuse to charge more for the work than they estimated. After having my roof replaced by South Point, I doubt I'll ever have such an experience again, because I will have them do ALL the work on my home in the future! If you need quality work done professionally, promptly, and for a fair price, South Point is your best option. My experience began by using their website to explain what I wanted done. I completed the on-line form and received a call from Christie the next business day. She confirmed the information I submitted and set up an appointment for Tucker Hawley to come look at the job. Tucker arrived and discussed what I wanted done and made suggestions for the project. He was extremely helpful and took time to explain how the project would progress from the estimate all the way through the process of collecting final payment. I expected him to send me an estimate by email after he took some measurements at the house, but he was far too efficient for that. He accurately measured the square footage of my roof using their drone in a matter of minutes. From there, he was able to produce a full materials list, allow my wife to select the shingles that would look best on our home, and schedule a time for work to begin. Within an hour, Tucker had a contract prepared, our deposit was paid, and the work was scheduled! Before leaving, Tucker explained the buildertrend App, which allowed me to access the schedule for my job, review all documents related to the work, and, most importantly, view photos of my home as work was completed. Right on schedule, the materials were delivered to my home. I received a notification on my phone and pictures of the shingles and other materials (including the invoice) on my phone through the App. The next morning, the construction crew was here and work began. Throughout the day, I continued to receive photos of their work. When problems were uncovered they would document the damage and the repair(s) done to correct the problem. This continued for the next two days until the rain came and delayed progress. As efficient as they had been everywhere else, I was frankly concerned they would be worried about getting to the next job while finishing my work with a skeleton crew. Instead, it seemed their effort redoubled. Schedule changes were updated on the App and Christie, Tucker, and Billy Hawley stayed in contact to keep me advised of what was going on. Unfortunately, counting on the original schedule, I had scheduled Dish to re-install the satellite dish on the new roof Thursday afternoon. (South Point could do this, but other work unrelated to the roof needed to be done by Dish too). When the Dish technician arrived the roof wasn't finished, but South Point's job supervisor worked with him to get my satellite dish reinstalled as they continued the work on the roof. When the work was done, all evidence they had been working seemed to disappear. No nails were left behind, trash was hauled away, and everything was clean. Aside from the beautiful new roof it was like they hadn't been here. I could not be happier with the appearance and quality of my new roof. Several friends saw the work as it was being done and commented on how great it looks. One of them who was in the construction business for several years commented favorably on the quality of the materials they were using and the work being done. I will unhesitatingly recommend South Point to all of my friends for any construction work that needs to be done, and they will be my first call for any work I need in the future."
