He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up. Kevin came by and did his visual examination and to make sure everything was OK. Great Job!"

"The roof was patched and I no longer have a leakage problem, I provided the wrong Shingles which were used unfortunately, and as a result the finished look is relatively poor, The company was very responsive and if they had the correct materials I'm sure the job would have been more than satisfactory. I need to remember it was a patch not a new roof. Try them, they came out between rain storms and fixed my leak."

"Lou discussed with me the scope of work in cleaning my roof, power washing the sides of the house and the sides of my detached garage. We came to an agreement on the price and the date when he would do the work. We needed to reschedule once because of heavy rain, but on the rescheduled day he and his crew showed up promptly (even though it was raining) and completed the project in one day. I asked if he would power wash a portion of my driveway that had turned green from water slowly releasing from my gutters and he did this at no additional cost. We noticed that one shingle had accidentally been damaged during the cleaning. Lou accepted a partial payment for the project until he could repair the shingle, which he did promptly. I believe that Lou conducts his work with pride and integrity, and that he will stand behind what he does. I will be sure to call him the next time I need work of this kind done on my house."
