The gentleman said he was told by his boss to swing by our property to see what we needed, I found this to be very in businesslike, because the guy was very nice and professional we went ahead and let him give us a quote for the job,the initial quote we found to be very high for a part that was probably $30 or less, that being said I understand you have to pay for labor we felt the job was overpriced at $350, then they came down to $250.The job should have about $175.00-$200.00, we wanted to get the job done so we went ahead, but unsure if we will use again if this is their practice of showing up unannounced to a customer home without speaking to them or an appointment, the owner needs to do better."
