They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. "Don't hire anyone else. If you're looking for a company run by someone who understands what customer service looks like, call Perma-Dry. 4 years ago we worked with Perma-Dry to install an internal basement footing drain system - they were prompt, responsive, and did a great job. We've had zero issues. We recently discovered an issue with an old external drainage system (not installed by Perma-Dry) which backed up during a thunderstorm. When I discovered the issue, I called Ryan (owner) to get some help; he showed up at 9am on a Saturday (his day off) and spent 5 hours with me troubleshooting the issue and coming up with a temporary fix until he could get a crew out to install a permanent fix. He not only was a huge help, but his attitude was incredible - he was actually having fun working on his day off. In the 12 years I've owned my house, I've worked with dozens of contractors and never had an experience like that. True customer service is a lost art, Ryan and his team have shown us twice that they understand how to take care of customers and care enough to do the right thing."

"They had dehumidifier the to stop water damage and help make for insurance claim for demolition . Most importantly they could not do any work until the did an asbestos test.Because it came back positive SO they could not do the demolition. They refer Thermotech to do the removal of the asbestos. And we now have a completely gutted to the sub floor."

Joe was the first to call back and shortly after everyone else also called, I contacted him February 9thand told him of my schedule. He did a little checking and said the 10th would work. He came out the next day at 8:30. Made introductions and very brief small talk. He did mention that removing spots in heavily trafficked areas would be difficult if not impossible in some cases. I think that goes with the territory but I understand his need to say it. He had his son with him and immediately went to work. To say Joe is efficient is an understatement. I went out to check on progress at 8:50 and he was almost finished . Just to clarify it is a big room with easy maneuverability so he didn't have a lot of obstacles to contend with. Nonetheless he works quick and his record speaks for itself. I examined the room after it dried and it looked clean to me and nobody knows your carpets like the owner does."
