We were very satisfied with the process. We were always in the know. We have done renovations In the past with contractors and we were always not pleased with not knowing the schedule. Contractor showed up on Thanksgiving weekend to start the project  and on the following Monday with a helper to do the T1-11 as it was on the second floor.

He was on time ,very professional, and the work  

appears to have been of highest quality.

He pointed out several projects that need to be done next year and suggested that since they would be costly that I get several bids. I thought this was very  professional.
