The work was extensive - jack-hammering through our slab foundation to get to and replace a large section of drain pipe. Technicians were very conscious of trying to keep the mess to a minimum - as much as possible with all the work! Only frustration was with the scheduling - they did have to change dates/plans at the last minute on us a couple of times - seemed like they were a little over-booked."

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. "Really excellent company to work with. They performed a big project for us last year replacing several feet of our exterior sewer line and installing a new HVAC unit. They had to put the HVAC unit on top of ground that had been previously completely dug up for the sewer line. A year later the HVAC unit had started to sink in on an angle. I messaged them about it and within a couple days they were here and lifted the unit back up and put rock underneath to keep it from sinking again. Really appreciated their quick response and the effort to help with that. It wasn't their fault erosion happened, but they clearly take pride in their work. Much appreciated! He was very knowledgeable and prepared, that really goes a long way to impressing a customer. While we were very sold with Fritz, we did decide to visit his showroom to see more samples. While he was not there that day, the gal manning the store did not disappoint. She was very helpful and even showed us some of the other products that they sell. She even helped us facilitate a date that was way ahead of their competitors schedules. The crew got to our house a little late on installation day but we live in the country and that happens to alot of folks when they come out to our place. They were very efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Fritz has trained them well! He did call after installation to be sure we were happy with the results and that there were no problems. Overall we would have nothing negative to say about Innovative Garages, their employees or the owner.
