He came out when he said he would, went above and beyond by un-wiring the hot tube. We're in a great place to replace it when we have the money. He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. This included all floor preparation with an industrial diamond concrete grinder, repaired a damaged floor drain area and a large crack across my entire floor. The entire project took less than 2 full days. They also gave me the use of a storage trailer to store all my stuff while they did the work on the floor and even let me keep the trailer another five days while I had my garage walls and ceilings painted. Greg did an excellent job in painting the interior of our house, with the colors we picked. We changed the entire color scheme and his workers were very dedicated in getting the job done right, including adding accent walls where we wanted. We have vaulted ceilings in a couple of rooms and are very pleased with the final project. We also had him paint a portion of the house outside that had begun to peel from a job done a couple of years by another painter. In the process of getting the small bath ready for painting, but not through Greg's fault, we had to replace the toilet and decided to change the flooring and vanity at that time also. Greg's team returned and completed this portion of the project also. We're very pleased with this project and will not hesitate to use Greg again.
