Upon setting up an installation date Grant and his apprentice, Cory showed up on time and immediately started the process of removing my old unit and installation of the new unit (note it started to rain yet Grant and Cory continued working), I felt so comfortable and trusting of them that I allowed them to move all their needed equipment into my garage instead of them needing to go back and forward to their truck in the rain. Grant & Cory was very respectful and tidy, they actually were cleaning as they worked, rarely done by most companies, in my opinion if these two technicians are any indication as to the people Service Squad Plumbing hires I could honestly state this is a caring company that is trustworthy and dependable, as well as an indication of their professionalism, was from awarding them our business till completion of the job one of their office workerâ s (Wendy) kept in contact with me in answering before as well as after questions and billing concerning.
