To make matters worse, despite the clear goal of the project being a uniform white look, the pro returned with mint-colored hardware instead of white. Because of this error and the time wasted, I ended up having to finish the work myself. I have requested that the company refund me for the hardware and the hour of labor I was charged while he was gone, but the outcome was completely unsatisfactory."
