The person that answered the phone was very nice and helpful, he explained how to turn the water off so it would not keep leaking all over my floor.  The time they gave me was 9-12, At 8:30 I got a call stating that the plumber was an hour away.Gary was the plumber that showed up, he was very nice and friendly. He quoted me a price of 1120.00. I asked him how soon could he get started and he said right away. When he was finished he cleaned up his mess and the price quoted is what they charged me.
