"It went fabulously well. Not only did they do the work they explicitly agreed to do, but as they encountered problems, they repaired those as well. For example, they had agreed to replace the stops under the upstairs bathroom sink, but then when they saw that the stops under the half bath sink were incorrectly done, they redid those as well. They removed a tangle of pipe near the washing machine, replumbing that AND the utility sink. They also cleaned out the kitchen faucet which was becoming clogged, and ensured our drinking water R/O system was off of softened water (instead of hard water)!
