James has a member in his crew who did an exceptional job on some rotted wood in several places that needed to be replaced. They saved me from having to replace a window due to a rotted bottom frame. "For the money I spent to have them paint my house, and the quality of their work I’d say 2 stars. I am finding more and more spots where they have paint drips, chunks, over spray and spots where they look like they were running out of paint. Most of these spots you can’t see unless you have the lighting just right. Which thankfully you can’t see otherwise. But moving furniture and moving my floor lamps is how I noticed these issues 6 months after the fact. As a new homeowner you live and learn…I will make sure to use a fine toothed comb on anyone I hire from now on."

"The quality of the work is very poor. Sanding of pavers got stuck to pavers. My steps got ruined. Weeds are back in less than a week. The material quoted was 3 times higher than the material used. I would not care about it if the finishing would have been neat. Installing weed barrier and mulching is the most basic that any inexperienced landscaper would do it right. In my yard, that was also not perfect."
