They took extra precautions to put drop clothes on the floor to catch dirt and keep the wood floors from getting scratched. Duct work had never been done in this house so they were very careful with the basement ceiling tiles so when done the finished product was almost perfect. "This was an unacceptable experience and felt extremely misleading. I was quoted a price for a standard cleaning, but the final bill came out to nearly triple that amount. Without my knowledge or consent, they sent a second cleaner and then used that as justification to dramatically increase the cost. At no point was this discussed, approved, or clearly communicated beforehand. This is not how a reputable business operates. You cannot change the scope of work and pricing without the customer?s permission and then expect them to absorb the cost. Because of this, I am formally disputing the charges and will be pursuing this further if necessary. I strongly encourage others to be cautious?get detailed pricing in writing and confirm exactly who will be coming before agreeing to any service. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be using this company again."
