I have been extremely impressed with this company from my first contact. I had tried to contact the roofer who had actually nstalled my roof 7 years ago to get an estimate for my repair needs. They told me that they were extremely busy and that they could'nt come out to evaluate my roof for at least 3 weeks! To date, they have still not called me.  I joined Angies List and found Watertight Roofing and read the many customer reviews.... I texted the company to get a evaluation of my repair need on a Sunday..... I got a response that Sunday evening.... George Pitner came to my house on Monday... evaluated my damage and needs and gave me an estimate on the spot!  They were out to my house Tuesday !  George and Adam were extremely courteous,prompt and respectful and very professional.  I was very pleased with the finished product of their repair!  I would definitely recommend this company for any further roofing needs!   I love their motto, that you do not pay until the work is done and  you are satisfied with the work.

"We thought they forgot about us then all of a sudden a pallet with all the materials shrink-wrapped with the materials for the new roof appeared in the driveway. About 2 weeks later and an accidental bump into the pallet in my new Mazda3 getting out of the garage one morning, 8 Spanish-speaking men showed up and did the entire roof in approximately 8 hours. It rained extremely hard the very next day but we had no leaks. The only recommendation I would make about Quality is to improve their scheduling the actual contractors doing the work and communicate some warning to their customers before the contractors arrive."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
