"We had a fairly large area outside of our kitchen (almost a perfect square) that was never "completed" by the previous owners. On both sides of this area are hardwood flooring. I had dreamed up putting tile into this area with a hardwood design in the middle of the tile. I had contacted three different contractors and no one seemed to understand what I was looking for except Elliot. From the very first visit when he came to quote the job, I was impressed with his professionalism, positivity and kindness. He also stressed that he would only work with quality materials for tile underlayment, which I liked. He isn't just about getting in and getting it done; he also cares about quality and workmanship. I value that. After receiving his quote and discussing it, we ultimately decided to move forward with having him do the work. Great decision! <br /> The job did take longer than anticipated but he still continued to come each and every day until it was finished. He was meticulous with his work. The end result is exactly what we had dreamed up. We love it! The process of home improvement isn't fun. Our kitchen was torn up, there was dust, all of the things that go along with this type of remodeling. But, working with Elliot and his team was a blessing. They are kind, honest, considerate and value the quality of their work. I needed the work completed quickly since the home had just been put on the market. Jason retuned my call promptly and said he could do the job for me within a few days. I called him on Sunday and he performed the job on Wednesday. He had to use two coats of paint but did not charge more than the original estimate. I paid him via an online app. Which was very convenient for both of us. The home sold in a week. Jason was veryprofessional,polite, and expedient. "The job went great. From the very beginning Brad was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Communication was great from start all the way to finish. I can't stress that enough. So many people I called either answered once or didn't return my messages at all. Brad would always get back to me. He showed up right on time, did a great job with the door. Everything works great. "Overall I am very happy with the build. We had a two car garage built from the ground up. We had really good advice on the location, style of garage, and size. The price was reasonable too. There were a few problems with the garage door which caused it to get stuck while open quite a few times. That issue was resolved to my satisfaction as they sent out a third party company who fixed some minor installation issues. The bedroom is great, we are really happy with the way it turned out. We had a two car garage converted into a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The only part I was not happy about was the timing. We signed the contract and paid for the deposit on the garage in April 2019 and construction didn't start until November 2019. The remodel did not start until January 2020 and finished at the end of March 2020. We are still waiting on the driveway which has already been paid in full. The most frustrating part is the only time you get an update is when you call or text repeatedly and it should not be like that. It should be the builders job to call and give you updates. I've now been waiting since July 2019 for a gravel driveway. Understanding COVID shut things down, but everything opened in June 2020 and it's now October 2020 and it's not done. After texting several times for over a month the gravel was finally delivered. I asked when the driveway would be done and was told "no timeframe". I asked the owner to call, no response. So I posted a Facebook post as I no longer had his number and that was the only way to get a response. I had a text from him that he would call today, and it never happened. I would hire him again but I would make sure the contract specifies a completion date. I will post an updated review and pictures as soon as the driveway is done."

"Smoothly! Called quite a few places, no return call or way too much to fix in an emergency. Dale sent Jason out the same day & didn't overcharge us for emergency call & repair. Jason was professional & answered all of our questions. We will need a new roof next year & will definitely make Palmer our first call. All of those companies who didn't bother to at least call back (Weathergard, Acme Roof, DNA Advanced Renov. & Dollins Co.), we will NOT be wasting our time on you either. Thanks Palmer."
