"Eric came out to the house to check out a noise in the basement that I initially thought was pipe related. Upon further inspection, our sump pump was inoperable though it was still running. We also had water seepage along a few of the seams in the basement. Eric diagnosed the issue and had a new sump pump installed within 30 minutes, which rectified the issue. He also installed and additional hose outside, which allowed the excess water to flow out. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of this company. I would definitely would hire them again."
