"I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the very first phone call, I specifically asked if they were licensed, insured, and an authorized service provider for ZLINE. I was told yes. When the technician arrived, I asked again before any work started, and he confirmed the same. Only later did I find out that this was not true and that they are not authorized to work with ZLINE. The technician, who I later learned is also the owner of the company, charged me a $75 service fee, partially disassembled my oven, and then left without properly reassembling it. The oven was left taken apart and a screw needed to secure the bottom panel is now missing. After multiple attempts to call and resolve this issue, my calls were ignored. At this point, I was told they cannot perform the repair as originally represented. I am now forced to look for another company and deal with an oven left in worse condition than before the visit. "I got a call from this company as a result of my on-line request for a carpet cleaning service. A time/date was scheduled. I never received a call or email confirming the appointment. They were suppose to arrive at 10:00, but didn't, so at 10:45 I called and left a message (no one answered the phone). I got a call after while saying someone was on the way. The agent arrived in an unmarked van...no identifying company name. The main reason I had my carpets cleaned was to remove the puppy odor. Unfortunately, the problem was far from resolved. I questioned the serviceman during the cleaning if he was using an odor extractor, to which he responded by pointing at a container. If it contained something to remove or help remove odor, they need to change brands!! The odors increased in the carpets. I am stressed over the results, to say the least."
