"We are having our fence extended and the company sliced the underground irrigation wires in several places so the fence work had to be halted until sprinkler wiring was repaired. We are do it yourselfers but still needed some advice and parts so we called Moore SC on JULY 4th. So when she told us they could come the very next day between noon and 2 we decided to let the pros do the repairs. Sabino showed up today at 2:45 and was very knowledgeable and worked quickly which is nice as you are paying by the hour. About 50 feet of underground wiring had to be completely replaced. All in all $282. I'm super pleased with the professionalism, promptness and quality of work. I'm sure it is difficult to gauge timing of appointments as there are so many possible issues with irrigation systems. I felt 2:45 arrival was acceptable."

The owner is a young guy named Austin who has been working in the business for seven years and has recently started his own business. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He had no problem with me shadowing him around the yard to watch what he was doing and he was happy to explain to me how the different parts of the system worked and why he was doing what he was doing to fix things. His pricing was very reasonable and he did not try to upsell me anything I did not need."

"Called, made an appointment (was about two weeks out on appointments). On the date and appointed time, An Andy's truck arrived on time with three employees. They listened to my issues; one zone was not working and I wanted a tune up of the system, as well. They set about checking everything, ran all 9 zones I have, replaced three leaky sprinkler heads found during testing and adjusted the sprinkler heads as necessary. They also reset my timer to run the times, days and amount I wanted so it would run on automatic. Ran the complete system again to check all was correct, asked me if I was satisfied (which I definitely was), gave me the bill, which I paid with a credit card and before leaving, they thanked me for my business and said if I have any additional issues, to please call and they would come out to service me. They completed everything in just underone hour I will definitely hire them again to service my water sprinkler system!"
