They added a French drain to help prevent the issue that happened to our wall initially, which was tremendous foresight on his end versus other contractors we had bids out too. It's $50 a month, and then everything is covered. You don't have to pay for people to come out. When our hot water heater broke, we had to pay for the new water heater, but that just for the actual thing, not anything else like the service or installation."

"Extreme Septic came highly recommended and I was quick to find out why! Their guys, DJ and Chris did a great job of cleaning my septic tank and dealing with the sins of the previous homeowner (cooking grease, etc). They took the extra time to do the job right when they easily could have said good enough and put the cover on. Not only that but they took the time to explain to this first time septic tank owner the do’s and don’t and was happy to do it. I ended up buying the suggested maintenance chemical from them as well (quick search found the prices extremely competitive to online). I couldn’t be happier with the service AND THE PRICING (Even with the chemicals I was below what I budgeted from researching) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you need septic tank service. THANKS!!!"

"I had called about two weeks ago for a roof estimate.  I called the number listed on Angie's List.  It took over a week but the assistant did return my call and left a message.  She said that she apologized but the company was too busy to come to my area and give me an estimate of work.  She explained they had four jobs lined up but perhaps after the first of the year they might be able to come and give an estimate.   I would have preferred a quicker response time, as I did wait over a week.  I am guessing they do not check that phone's voicemail often.  The assistant was very polite and did say she would like the work if I could wait.  I graded above average and docked points mostly for response time. <br />"
