They assigned a 4 hour window for our service. However, they have a text system that alert us when Albert was en route which makes it very efficient for me to plan my time. Albert was here on-time and was courteous. He seemed to be very familiar with our refrigerator. In the past, we've had technicians who seemed a bit stumped as we have an LG. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it onsite (involved having to unload the freezer and clean out the ice as the fan access was inside in the back of the freezer). He left the work area clean and was out within about 45 minutes. I also got a text with my receipt, Alberts picture, and all the details of the job. Very professional and I would definitely use Ace again."

"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"They had to come out 4 times. The first water heater started leaking after 6 months. It was replaced. The second water heater also started leaking after 6 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended a thermal expansion tank be installed. It was not installed the first or second time the water heaters were installed. I did have to pay a re installation fee. I picked up the 3rd water heater myself and they gave me natural gas water heater instead of propane. The fourth attempt they finally got it right and so far the water heater has worked after 7 months. The guy was very responsive as far as my calls and issues. He came out whenever I needed. Unfortunately, the entire experience was just a train wreck."
