"Julio did an excellent job with my home. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"Outstanding craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity — JDW Flooring exceeded every expectation We recently had JDW Flooring install a Versailles-pattern parquet floor, and I honestly could not be more impressed with the result or the experience from start to finish. This was not a simple flooring job. The parquet required precise layout, exacting alignment, and a deep understanding of wood behavior, finishing, and sequencing. The JDW team approached the project with patience, skill, and pride in their work — and it shows in every inch of the finished floor. One thing that really stood out: I supplied the parquet flooring, the sealer, and the polyurethane myself. Many flooring companies would have insisted on supplying everything in order to add markup or to control quantities. JDW Flooring did neither. They were completely comfortable working with owner-supplied materials, advised me honestly along the way, and treated the materials as if they were their own. That level of profes"

"Dan and his team were great to work with. When we had a few minor issues, Dan quickly came over and personally fixed them (which is normal in a project, so nothing against them at all). He made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, and the floors look wonderful. They took the time to ensure the color was exactly what we wanted, arrived on schedule, and finished as quickly as possible. I definitely recommend Footprints Floors for any flooring needs, and we will absolutely use them again for future projects!"

"very disappointing and frustrating tile job. we can honestly say there was nothing done correctly. We had no choice but to rip everything out (including heated floor) and had to start over. issues experienced were: 1/2 grout lines (not sure who still does anything larger than 1/8 inch anymore). several loose floor tiles. grout crumbled and flaked 2 days after installation. water in shower base pooled and some flowed the wrong way (into bathroom rather than into drain). we requested 1/3 offset pattern (staggered by 8 inches on a 24 inch tile) but instead got a varied staggered pattern from 4 inches to 12 inches. shortcuts on waterproofing (rubber membrane was cut down). we reached out immediately only to find Tornell had blocked my number. Called and left a message from my wife's phone but have not heard anything at this time."
