"Shane and everyone at Keyprime were awesome to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kept me updated on every step of our roof and gutter installation. Their team did a great job. The roof and gutters look fantastic! Highly recommend! Ira Hackner"

"I had a large branch from an oak tree fall over my house during a wind storm. I had my insurance company out for an inspection and was told I would need a new roof. J&B Roofing did a wonderful job with my new roof and wood repairs from the branch damage. Due to rumors about insurance abuse and fraud I felt the need to handle my claim on my own and Hilda from J&B Roofing was respectful of my decision. I am happy with the service and material I received, thank you!"

"Worked with Joe he was great! Would recommend Joe and Hoffman Weber for anyone considering a new roof."

"Excellent. From the quoting process to cleanup, I have been extremely happy with the workmanship, attention to details, courtesy, communication and timeliness of the work. The owner, Jim, was the utmost professional and very clear in explaining what would be done, even going the extra mile to do special touches to give the highest quality job possible."

"Due to a severe hail storm, we had significant damage to our home. We contracted with Hoffman Weber to replace our roof, siding, gutters, windows and repair the decks. Our sales rep, Joe Wire, was extremely helpful working with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process. Joe responded promptly to our phone calls and address our questions and/or concerns when they arose. Overall, we had a great experience with Hoffman Weber and Joe, in particular, as the face of Hoffman Weber. We would highly recommend Hoffman Weber Construction to others."

"Perfect. He showed up when promised n roof looks great"

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Great experience all around from Will in sales, Kevin as project coordinator and contractor’s that completed the roof and rain gutters. The job site was cleaned up so well after you could not even tell they were there. Would recommend to anyone."

"We received an estimate for window replacement in our home. Overall we liked the salesman and thought we would go with them until we visited their showroom. The double hung windows there would not stay open to the position they were left in. The person working the area explained that the windows received more cycles (opening and closing) than would be expected in actual usage and they just needed "tweaking". The sashes have a screw type rotary spring system to assist the sash and it looked to me like the system may have been the problem. Anyway, it put us off of Wellington. If your product isn't perfect in your showroom I was afraid of having it in my home."
