They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."
