They have clauses within their contacts that say you have to pay within x amount of days (I can't remember the exact amount of days, so let's call it 30), and I never received any kind of extra charge due to my insurance company and my mortgage company taking much longer than x amount of days to get everything handled. I even went out to social media claiming their excellence, not even knowing at the time that they had a customer referral program, and someone I know dearly had decided to retain their services. I was contacted by that someone, and they told me that J&B would be soon sending me a referral check! This company will be taking over this industry before we know it. Please know they absolutely have my personal endorsement. If I could give them anything more than a 5 out of 5 on this website.. i would 10 out of 10 times. Excellent."

Work on the roof began shortly, and they completed the job by day's end. My neighbors said it was impressive. The next day, two gentlemen returned to finish some caulking, to inspect the work, and to thoroughly go over the yard and flower beds to complete the cleanup. I think my new roof is beautiful.
