In diagnosing a knocking sound Patrick discovered a builder defect and our gas line was compromised in several places. He and his crew replaced the water lines and gas line, replaced our 15 year old water heater that was failing and completed all the jobs on our repair list (replumb refrigerator, add pressure regulator to the main supply line). He did such a great job rebuilding the plumbing for the laundry area, basically rebuilding the wall, and I never thought it would look so good in my lifetime! They protected our floors and respected our property and wasted no time completing a large job. We have never seen any contractor clean up after a job as thoroughly as they did. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. "The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."
