"These guys did great work. We chose to replace deck with Trex decking and added stairs. They did a fantastic job with tear down and removal of old deck, pouring new footings and landing, installation of new deck and final cleanup. We love the framing of the deck and stairs, really looks sharp. They were great about returning to address a couple of concerns we had. The entire project was done very professionally. I’d like to clarify that the 4 star on punctuality was really no fault of Bluegrass Contruction. Supply chain issues set the project back a bit, compounded by a significant snow storm and the holidays. I would and will go with Bluegrass for any future projects within their area of expertise. "He was able to come sooner than expected and they worked very, very long hours the first day with a double crew to make sure we were weather tight that night. They also made an extra trip to the hardware store rather than going over an extra day to wait for needed supplies. Fast and hardworking! our new roof is so quiet - we can hardly hear the rain. I do wish it was not constantly dripping little roof pellets on my deck every time it rains, but I think this shall pass rather shortly as roofing is messy business!

"After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was perfect. Needless to say Home Squad will be getting the job of re-roofing our house when the time comes and I will be referring them to all my friends."
