"We have used Justin with Elite Exteriors twice. They painted our home and installed new porch columns in November-December 2025, and most recently completed a privacy fence. The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves."

Had an issue with several large spaces from ground to bottom of fence due to the lay of the land, but Traditions personnel came right out to adjust fence in some areas and put down additional dirt in others. The City of Madison has some new, and quite strict, requirements for pool fences (Picket spacing < 1.75 inches; auto-close latches; height requirements etc). FenceMasters did a great job with the fence construction. They communicated with the city inspector to make sure they understood the requirements. The owner, Clint, came onsite three times to make sure the crew built the fence properly. I was impressed with his professionalism and communications."
