"Just moved into a very old home and needed a kitchen sink/drain backup cleared. Darin and son were first to return my call. The solution to a very deteriorated cast iron pipe connect was an elegant PVC bi-pass in basement with an easily accessible cleanout under the sink (I'll probably not need the cleanout but nice touch for down the road). The work was completed same day within reasonable time. Charges reflected the materials and quality of work. It ended up being less than I expected. I'm sure this won't be my last plumbing issue with an older home and I'm happy to say I have a plumber who clearly has the years of experience I can trust. "Both guys were prompt and kept us informed of when they thought they would arrive. The drain cleaner guy spent an hour locating and digging down to the septic tank. He cleaned the inlet to the tank so water would flow better. He didn't think it would be beneficial to clean the drain lines. He said he didn't want to have to charge us the extra fee since the drains weren't the real problem. The septic pump guy was able to come in and get his job done quickly because the tank was already exposed. I was very happy with their service. The only thing I would ask is that, next time, I would like for them to replace the soil over the septic tank."
