We chose our slabs early in our project due to the fact it was an uncommon color and relatively hard to find. The Tualatin store transferred the slabs we chose to the Medford Elemar location,and several months later we were contacted by the Medford store. Our project had been postponed due to structural problems identified a few months after we chose our slabs. The fabricator did not want to store the slabs at his location or assume responsibility for the slabs if they were damaged while on his premises. Elemar Medford agreed to store our slabs and keep them safe while we complete the structural repairs. They also agreed to consign the slabs if our project changed for whatever reason. We felt very comfortable paying for the slabs and are SO APPRECIATIVE of their willingness to go above and beyond in the realm of customer service. <br /> They also take an enormous amount of time to educate the buyer about the different characteristics of natural stone. They are incredibly patient to show the customer the numerous slabs with different finishes (gloss, honed, leather). Really, I used to shop for our stone products at a local competitor but Elemar has earned my exclusive business from here on out! <br />"

"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

He provided a written proposal. When we agreed and got the project scheduled, he showed up as expected and worked efficiently and professionally through the 5 days it took to complete the work. He and his helper showed care for our property and the quality of the workmanship was tops. We have other projects coming up and will hope to use Mike for that work as well."
