"Roy set an appt. at 8 a.m. and my doorbell rang at 8 a.m.  He was very prompt.  One of my pet peeves is having someone make an appointment and I wait for 15 minutes or more then they come and give me some excuse for putting me off.  I, myself, have always been punctual when I make an appt. or work schedule. <br /> He did the work I asked and didn't shirk or make faces when I said I had a "rat" problem.  He dug right in, did what was necessary without complaint. <br /> I was pleasantly surprised at the price.  So very reasonable.  I recently became a single senior citizen.  A big adjustment, but Roy helped me thru this one part of learning to live alone. <br /> Thanks to Roy.  will I call him again?  You bet I will.  <br /> Jackie Cunningham <br />"

"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Wooldridge construction did an excellent job with my ADU. We received several bids. They were not the cheapest, but over the course of the project they remained on budget and were very detail oriented. Their pre-construction renderings helped us make some important decisions we hadn’t thought of. Their design guidance was extremely helpful. Would definitely work with them again on future projects!"

"They were part of an energy audit. We paid an energy advocate to come in and sign off on the job after it was finished. This particular job was kind of a pain in the rear for them because they subbed out some of the ceiling work. One of their subs wasn't very thorough and the management of the project wasn't timely due to other problems that occurred. Overall the project manager didn't keep the job in line as well as he could have. It was partially the sub's fault. The sub did a horrible job on the duct ceilings so they had to come in and fix it and then they had to come back and redo it again. They redid it once and then had to come and do some touchup work the second time. They had to redo the work until we were satisfied because we had the advocate and we wouldn't sign off on any of the payment paperwork until we were satisfied. It was a pain for them but really good for the consumer. We only had one bid. The majority of the price was the furnace installation. Some of the quality was good and some of it was bad. A lot of the issues with Green Hammer were the subs' fault. They used garbage subs. The work was pretty average."
