He was cool with what I wanted, and made exactly the kind of suggestions I was looking for. The crew (2 men) worked efficiently and cleanly (even cleaning up after each day of work, in an unused space!). This job involved a bit of framing, which they tackled consummately. They put all my insulation and other special framing work back in place, too. None of the tricks and shortcuts you might expect from lesser craftsmen. They simply got the job done the right way. The results look great and there are no leaks, even after several very rainy months (writing this review some 4 months later). I can't recommend this company highly enough."
