"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "It went better than I expected. It started from my meeting with Michael Walker the sales consultant who assured me that he would exceed my expectations for this job. The project manager Hafid was just as assuring and professional, the workers equally professional. The work that I hired them for was not a big job, however, the time they took in replacing my siding spoke volumes to me because it showed me that they take pride in the jobs that they are doing and was meticulous in their work. I did not have to go behind them to clean up, they took care of everything and left me with an even better looking siding. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise."

"Kimberly Painting painted the exterior of my home last Fall.  First I noticed they did a nice job of prep work such as pressure washing, caulking, scraping etc.  The carpentry work on some windows and eaves was excellent.  All rotten wood on the house had been identified and was replaced very well.  The crew worked very hard, were personable, and cleaned up after themselves.  The house looks great and i have gotten many compliments on how nice it looks.  I have recommended Kimberly Painting to several friends and neighbors already.
