Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!"

"Originally they thought they would have to open up the wall in our living room (we had just remodeled it a few months earlier, and did not look forward to that. However, after removing the upstairs sink/vanity and opening that area, they found a way to run the new lines without opening the living room wall. They did have to open the main floor wall behind the stove. Pete and Anthony were the two servicemen and both were very professional and friendly. It was pretty much an all day job, but the results were great with minimal tear out. Since they are plumbers, they do not do the drywall or flooring work needed to put things back.( We are using Angie's list for that also. We would definitely recommend and use Easreday again. Kudos to Pete and Anthony for a great job. BTW, they came in at the low estimate, we are happy cam pets! <br />"

He was up front about what could be done, how long it would take, his prices were reasonable and I was thrilled that I could have any color cabinets I wanted. He gave us a 5 week window for completion (of course, we have an older house, so I added two more weeks for unforeseen problems). The job was completed in 5 weeks – Wow! "The video pipe inspection (which you get on a USB) really educates you on whats the state of your piping, from the mains back into the house. For me, I initially thought we had a back flow issue from the main sewage line, however the video showed it to be tree roots which are accessing the pipe; about 6 feet from the basement wall. They removed what they can of the roots that made it inside the pipe. I would need a plumber to dig it up and fix the root issue further, should I choose to do so."
