"My husband and I recently hired Flooring Direct to replace our existing floors upstairs (carpet) and downstairs (engineered hardwood). We received 3 different quotes from contractors and Flooring Direct was the most competitive. Once we decided on the wood selection, they were able to come out the following week to complete the install. The installation was completed in such an efficient manner, with approximately 2,000 square feet of flooring installed in 3 days! "I used Jose Palacios for engineered flooring repairs. Jose was very professional and came to my home to give me an estimate. We agreed upon a price and the date the floors would be repaired. He and his workers arrived on time and started to work immediately. They took out the damaged planks and scraped the floors and got all the glue off and then put new glue down and put the new boards in. Then he cleaned all the adhesive off that came up. He then put wood putty in the seams where he replaced the boards. He cleaned up thoroughly and the final step was to put down weights on the replaced boards. I highly recommend Palacios Flooring and will use them again for any future hardwood flooring projects that come up. Thank you Jose for the professional repair! "Roy and his team are great to work with. He was able to get a team out to install about 600 square feet of engineered hardwood glue down with just a couple days notice. Very efficient and quality work. Installation looks beautiful. He stands by his work as well. We found a squeaky board and a couple places that were chipped a few days after the installation. Roy came out himself to repair and touch up. Next time we have flooring needs we will definitely call Kelley Hardwood Floors!"
