"Very hardworking and outstanding crew! They were amazing with their time management and communication. The wife and I were left very pleased and highly satisfied. We would definitely recommend this company to a friend or family member needing service. That would love for the job to get done right in a reasonable time frame. The project supervisor Shane, was very trusting and reliable. He made sure to be on site to answer any question or even build a small talk conversation. He won't leave you disappointed. "Jack did an amazing job in extremely challenging conditions. It was a big project and we were impressed with his continued attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. Turned out even better than we had anticipated."

"“Super happy with the work from Barrier Windows! We worked with Neil in measuring and ordering my mom’s window and he was awesome. The crew came out and completed the work in 1/2 day. My mom lives in an older home and was worried about any challenges the crew may encounter but the install went smooth. Neil was professional, friendly, truly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I recommend Barrier Windows.” Peggi Little"

"The roof replacement was fine, but he didn't seal/paint the soffit. This caused a delay in the completion of the repairs I need to complete for an appraiser to sign off on the sale of the house, which caused a delay in the close date. Punctuality and professionalism.

"Everything went as planned. Rob contacted me a few days and gave me a heads up that materials would be delivered. The next day my roof was complete in about 7 hrs. The crew was very professional. I also purchased a lifetime warranty on my roof."

"

I talked with the and quot;head guyand quot; about my roof indicating I had lost several shingles and he said he would come and check it out. I had purchased an Angies List voucher for a roof inspection and minor repair. We discussed this and I understood it, of course, would not include roofing.

After touring my roof he said all the roof cap shingles would have to be replaced and gave me a price. No, he did not discount the $79 I had paid for the AL voucher(?). Seemed to think that was okay. Said it would take x number of shingle bundles. He left for quite a while...said he crew would be there within 30 minutes..wrong again. He arrives, crew arrives. Heard him and crew talking and crew said it wouldn't take nearly that many bundles. He comes in to leave and collect (before job is completed). I said not paying until job is done, besides heard the conversation so need to change price. We did.

Overall, he was arrogant, indifferent and not pleasant to deal with. However, his crew was wonderful. Worked hard and at the end did some extra for me. I feel sorry for them having to work for such a pompous person.
