"The plumber was prompt and professional.  When I showed him the leaky faucets I wanted fixed, he did not even turn them on to see the problem.  He said it was the type of faucet and that they could be rebuilt.  The cost of rebuilding the two faucets was going to be $579.00 - over and above the cost of the service call.  After checking with other plumbers, I was given quotes of around $250 for the repair job and that included the service fee.
When I asked the plumber from Benjamin Franklin what might cause the leak I was told over use, under use, normal use or quality of water.  Made me feel like he didn't really know the answer.

"Bryan and his crew did an outstanding job. The house had layer after layer of old peeling paint under the eaves. They had a machine that ground off the old paint and at the same time sucked up every morsel of paint and dust. I was amazed when it was done. I had no idea there was beautiful wood under there. Then they used real oil primer to even everything up before painting. They caulked every little crack and gap so the paint was smooth and neat and seamless when finished. Considering the thorough attention to detail, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the job was finished. It was a difficult job to bid because since the house is so old and the exterior so neglected, the amount of prep work needed was considerable. Bryan was detailed and thorough in explaining the quote and the cost of materials and labor. I love my little old house and Bryan and his crew transformed it like they were Cinderella's fairy godmother. The quality of the work is outstanding. In the picture below notice the lights flanking the front door. Bryan removed, repaired, sanded, and painted the two fixtures. He even replaced the light bulbs for me.
