"After doing much research I decided to go with All Exterior Construction. High quality work with affordable pricing! Vlad and his team showed up on time, always communicated if there was anything I needed to know. Definitely recommend!"

"Michael was professional and cordial. It was a pleasure having him repair my fence."

"The team that worked on our home were extremely talented and skilled craftsmen. There were no shortcuts . Fred and Alex became like part of the family. They were very skilled at all facets of the construction and finish work. Serge did a great job on our tile. The granite is gorgeous. Very skilled fabricators. This company does it all and the quality of the work is the best I've seen. People were punctual, very courteous, always cheerful and happy and seemed to love what they did. We missed them once the house was completed. We recently called because a piece of the engineered floor was moving. Fred came out, cut out the piece and put in a new board. The original plank had delaminated, which was not an installation issue, but it was managed efficiently and professionally by this company. This occurred about a year after the job as completed. Several folks had suggested the way to repair it was to inject glue into the delaminated area, we were very glad that this was not the approach used. Replacement was the better option. We would definitely use this company again. Their work is beautiful and their follow up on any issues is very professional."

"Dmitriy and his crew did a great job replacing my old, rotten wood siding with James Hardy fiber cement siding. They cleaned up at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. They stayed on schedule. And, they even took care of a couple of add-on projects at very reasonable rates. We are very happy with out choice in contractor and materials."

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

I was amazed at just how great the customer service was. I just want to say thank you to the whole team who helped out, I really appreciate all your hard work. Now I know you guys are the ones to call for all future jobs."

"This was a fairly big project for us—adding a room and replacing the roof—but it went much better than expected. Ron handled coordination well and kept things moving even when small issues came up. The end result looks clean, solid, and well built."

"I’m so happy with the ADU build. The team respected our property, worked efficiently, and the result is a stylish, functional space. It feels like a little home within a home and will be perfect for guests or as a rental."

"Tom and Steve are very professional and do most of the work themselves. Part of what attracted us to them is that between the two of them they are certified in plumbing and electrical. They also do excellent tile work. This was a very complex job that involved demolition of the existing space, drafting plans and obtaining permits, re-engineering the structure below a stairway, reframing and finishing the area, running new sewage drains for a bathroom in an area that had previously been a closet, running new drain pipes from an upstairs bathroom, installing a window, moving a hot water heater, flooring including both tile and hardwood, creating a tile shower, and probably even more than I can think of or remember.
I truly can't say enough about Tom and Steve. Through all the demolition work, they did a very good job of keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible by creating plastic sheet barriers even through the work was all happening in a previously windowless area of our house. They thoroughly explained what they were doing and let us know the challenges that might arise. They were always on time, did what they said they would do, and I find them both to be good trustworthy individuals. They also do excellent expert-craftsman level work. I will be hiring them again this fall to do some other less substantial work and would hire them again.
