Leneva home improvements was a suggestion from Facebook. The owner Corey is professional and trustworthy. I hired them to do the job and about a week later I had a major leak inside my house. They quickly rearranged their schedule and ended up coming out weeks earlier to replace my roof. I also had a damaged overhang above my deck that was ripping away from my house and they removed that for me and patched up the house with new siding so it looks like there was never even an issue there. I would highly recommend the company. They are fair and trustworthy. They updated me every step of the way and kept in constant communication. I feel so much relief having my new roof before the winter starts!"

"They were excellent. They showed up on time, performed the work courteously, efficiently, and professionally. Not only did they strip the roof, they also replaced the plywood before re-shingling. They flashed where necessary and installed the drip edge. Most surprising to me was the quality of the cleanup. I am yet to find a single nail left behind despite the snow we had on the ground. I liked them so much that I will be bringing them back in the spring to insulate and install vinyl siding!"

"I was in need of roofing services ASAP. Shawn and his crew had replaced the shingles on my home in Sanford last year in 2016. Given the professional work rendered in 2016, it was a no-brainer to seek them out again in 2017. Within 3 days of calling them and meeting with Shawn on site, his crew was on-site bright and early. They finished the 18+ square job in one day. This job included replacing the shingles on the main building, two attached porch roofs and a basement entrance. "It went incredibly well. I woke up one morning to a leak in my roof. I knew the roof was going to need to be replaced at some point, but I was hoping I'd get another year out of it. The roof was in bad shape when I bought the house. I immediately started calling all of the roofing companies I could find on Google. It was early so I was leaving voicemails. Kasey from James and Whitney was the first and only one to get back to me in a timely manner. He was incredibly helpful on the phone, walking me through how to put a tarp over the impacted area. He even swung by later THAT DAY to check and make sure it was installed properly and to assess the roof. I knew it needed to be replaced so we went right into talking about estimates. The estimate was within my budget but the new roof came with a FIFTY-YEAR WARRANTY for parts and labor. You just can't beat that kind of warranty on an asphalt roof. We were scheduled within a week and I had a brand new, perfectly installed roof within a month. Kasey and his team were super respectful during the installation. When the installation had finished, Kasey inspected every inch of my property to pick up any tiny bits of trash and leave our lawn spotless. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Brad Freeman just completed replacing our roof in Bath Maine in Dec. 2019. His estimate for the job was competitive or better than other ones we received. He came to our home at a time that was convenient for us and explained how he was going do the entire job and he stayed until all of our questions were answered. When the date we had agreed on had to change because of weather issues Brad kept us fully informed of when he could start that would give us the best protection from the weather. Brad and his crew were always courteous, hard working and ready to answer any questions we had while they were doing the job at the end of every day and when the job was complete they left the site picked up and neat. Brad was hands on and on site which was a comforting feeling and after the work was done he was able to explain any issues they had found and explain how they had addressed them. We are very happy with the new roof and the work of Brad and his crew and we would not hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him to anyone."
