Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. "U.S. Exterior did a great job. Even though we had to have two (2) layers of roofing shingles removed, they completed the work in a single day. Plus, they replaced all of the old vents (air and plumbing), and used a magnet roller to pick up any loose nails from around the house.
