"In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!"

"Hey, guys, it has been a while that I posted. I just wanted to share my thoughts about the plethora of fly-by-night roofing companies that are either soliciting our houses or managing to get jobs. I have dealt with my share already and I am pretty sure I have damage. but having consulted for construction businesses over the years I know that the one thing you do not get is a discount just for the heck of it or a sign on your lawn or by referring another neighbor. or more importantly that insurance companies can be quoted gamed because they know how to make them work on your behalf. Regardless insurance will work on your behalf. They as well have a staked interest in the quality of the work. As most of us know your roof whether its a repair or replacement is the last thing you want a poor job done on. So during the course of my research for a contractor, I ran across a business that has stellar reviews and has been around for a very long time but is unique in the sense that it will do a video inspection and share it with you so you see what they see.
