From the proposal/quote stage all the way through payment, everything was fully communicated, executed quickly, and delivered with the utmost attention to detail —probably 2-3 weeks from first contact to finished work. They fixed the tuck pointing on our very old, crumbling limestone foundation and installed 3 glass brick windows. "Pavestone Rockwall pecan bricks were purchased by our contractor. Home Depot loaded the pallet on his truck and he brought it to our yard. While unloading we noticed a third of the pallet was pecan. The rest appeared as cinderblock. When returned to Home Depot they were very cooperative in refunding. Home Depot told us this is a common problem with this product from Pavestone. When Pavestone is contacted the say they will correct the problem, but nothing is ever done. My contractor has contracted Pavestone here in Denver and was told a representative would come to check out our issue. Never seen anyone from Pavestone. They are totally unresponsive to paying customers requests. Arrogant and rude to disregard customers. Find other product if you can! We now have a partially built retaining wall and my contractor is searching Denver to find a pallet tgat even has a few pecan colored bricks! Pathetic customer service"
