"I had a new garage door and opener installed, and I'm happy I chose to use this company. Just about everyone was friendly and helpful, both in the office and on-site. The installation was done well. The installer had some issues, but other team members made things right. Overall, it was a good experience. One thing to note: it took about 3 weeks from the time the door was ordered until it was ready, but installation was scheduled quickly after that. I wasn't in a hurry, so this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for someone else."

"Fence was installed on my neighbors property. They had to come out again pull two sides of Fence up and put them on my property. The posts on both gates have raised up and now I have trouble opening my gates. I?m gonna have to get another fence company out to fix my gates because I wouldn?t even want them coming out here and touching anything because I know they would screw it up again. "

"I found out about this business through several local neighborhood chat groups. I have had nothing but the best rapport, support, design and install from Maureen and her team. They undertook a huge front and back yard project. We completed relandscaped the front of my 115 year old bungalow with a lush perennial garden (and added in some of my mature plants from elsewhere on the property). We carved out two huge new beds and they are chock full of plants I love. We did a complete gut of my hard scape in the rear yard, created a beautiful walkway and patio for my new pergola and a second for my dining table and relandscaped the entire backyard and expanded a huge sun loving perennial bed and added trees and some landscape lighting and a shade bed too. Simply stunning!"

"It has taken me a long time to write a review because the experience with the owner of this company was very unpleasant. The owner spent most of a day at our house installing two new replacement interior slab doors. He damaged both doors during installation, and also put the doorknob to our bathroom door on backwards. The owner seemed very frustrated as he worked. Later, when I mentioned a burn mark that was sustained during installation, the owner became extremely angry to the point that I felt uncomfortable with him in my home. We didn't bother mentioning damage sustained to the other door, nor did we bother to mention or ask him to properly reinstall the doorknob on our bathroom door that he'd installed backwards. Note that this job was fully discussed before this owner accepted it. However, I think he may have regretted advertising a coupon discount. The owner appears to have anger management issues so, in light of the quality of his work and his behavior, I cannot recommend him."

"They agreed to install one product but gave us another. The contractors did not speak much English so my husband had to tell them what needed to be done. They tried to cover up a rotten board rather than replace it. He made them take out what they installled to replace he board."

"The internal fence was well done. The fence around my backyard has become uneven and sinking in spots over time. In addition, due to the sinking neither one of my gates closes anymore and are no longer aligned. I’ve called several times to get this repaired and I’ve been told that there’s no repair crew. The only way they can service my gates is if they have a crew near my neighborhood doing work. This is not the first year that I’ve needed my gates realigned and fixed. The first time I asked, no one ever came out the entire summer. I had to call again the following year and finally had the gates realigned. Here we are two years later and the same thing is happening again. The only reason I gave them an overall rating of C instead of D was because the internal fence and gate is holding up OK so far."

They responded quickly to my request for a quote, work was scheduled and completed shortly thereafter. The work itself was great, I cannot even tell where they cut and replaced the posts that anchor the railing to the concrete."
