He talked me into some additional work which he completed to a high standard, though the final cost ended up being higher than I initially expected to pay. I?ve called numerous times; when he does answer, he promises to stop by but never shows up. It?s been so long without a follow-up that I?ve simply stopped calling. I?m disappointed that despite being a 'good guy,' the reliability and commitment to the original job just aren?t there. I?d love to see this finished, but the lack of communication makes it hard to recommend for major projects.""

"If I were rating theIr work on the Irrigation System alone, I would be happy to give them 5-Stars, however, after they left, I discovered that evening they cut the wires to our outdoor lighting (which does not come on until dark so I did not know when I paid them). I have attempted to contact them multiple times about these issues and crickets...they have refused to respond to any of my attempts to reach them. It is a shame because the work I hired them to do was excellent, but this one thing ruined it."

"Lucio Santos was great to work with. He was very careful about debris, trash, etc., not allowing anything to damage my lawn during the repair. Lucio is very knowledgeable about sprinkler/ irrigation. I was with him during the entire repair and asked questions. At the end of the repair he checked overall system operation, adjusted heads and programmed a schedule for me. All in all I am very happy with this service, AND that rarely happens :-)"
