"I had Live Green come by and give me a quote to take down a huge pine with a sizeable dead spot in the trunk that was pretty close to my house. The tree was one of several that I wanted gone, however it had become a hazard that needed to be gone. I told all of that to Mr. Aldo when he came out and he sent me two quotes, one for the single tree and another with 4 additional trees included. I asked about grinding the stumps and he included a cost for that as well. I thought the pricing was very fair and agreed to have him take down the trees. Once the rain cleared up for a few days he and his crew came by and got to work. They were constantly cleaning while they worked and they took great care to protect my lawn. "Extremely well. The work was done shortly (4 days) after the bid. Ricky and his crew came on time, and over 4 hours did an excellent job. They had to deal in particular with a tricky situation, cutting down and removing a tree that was tilting on the water surface of a lake, in a very tight spot. They did this by carrying by hand the cut tree sections piecemeal to the street -on an uphill slope - and, very commendably, not leaving any debris behind on the lake surface! Everybody was cheerful and courteous, and Ricky explained everything that was being done."
