"Communication is awful. I had two set appointments and no one called or showed up. They tell a great story but the follow through doesn’t exist. The project looks nice, with the exception of leaking skylights. There was defiantly not a clean up person working during project like explained in their way to lengthy presentation. The contracting crew(people doing the work) were good, but project management has no follow up or responsiveness."

I met with Tom Green and explained what I was interested in and he provided me with a quote for installing a new GAF Timberline UHDZ roof. After getting HOA approval, I coordinated with Exterior Medics on when the work could be started. The group of roofers I had worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very pleased with the results, and I would highly recommend Exterior Medics!"
