"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"The overall experience was exceptional. Luis meet with my wife and I and did a walk thru of the property and provided us with an estimate within an hour of the walk-thru. I already had heard excellent things about his company from numerous co-workers who had FDC paint their home. I truly feel like we got an extreme value in terms of the service we received for the price. Since our house was a new build, we had a number of cracks and nail pops associated with the home settling. Also, entire house to include walls ceiling and trim was a blah beige. Needless to say, FDC had their work cut out for them. Luis and his team skimmed and sanded all these areas and repaired the drywall making the necessary repairs as part of their prep work. Once painting had begun, he provided a daily up date on the project and sent pictures. We meet on numerous occasions to go over things and I was blown away by he and his crews attention to detail. "The carpentry and painting went well but caulking did not seal around portions of the bay window. More caulk was added on a return trip but still did not cover the gaps. When a supervisor called later for the final payment (cost now over $700), I said I would pay after the caulking was completed. He said I would get a return call to schedule and I said fine, the caulk gun will be left on the back porch. No one ever called again or returned again. The quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism of the sub-contract crew was good; it was the quality of the caulking and responsiveness of general contractor management that did not measure up.
We have since had the house caulked and repainted by a painting company.

His team needed to match the color of the bricks with the existing patio bricks and they would not begin work until they did so. Once they found the correct color bricks they completed the work on time and the patio looks great! I will need to replace my fence in the near future and I definitely will call Evol and his team to do the work!"
