"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "I called Tony to power clean re-stain my deck plus replace 1 warped slat when I saw his fantastic reviews and ratings. Within 24 hours he responded. He was most courteous, professional and willing. He even gave me an adjusted estimate when I erred in my communication with him. Unfortunately, with addressing the needs of my 94-year-old mom in a hospital this whole project came to a halt due to financing and time. Tony was most agreeable and understanding. I will definitely hire him to do the job in the spring. I would totally trust him."

"James Carroll at BPA(Berkshire Property Alliance) showed up on time for our initial appointment. It was a difficult job with an old dock that had shifted due to ice pressure. The under supports had collapsed so the whole staircase and dock were catawumpus. James studied the situation for almost an hour and came up with an ingenious solution that did not require rebuilding the whole structure. He also designed it to reuse what was salvageable, saving material costs, and put in 4 foot concrete supports so it can't shift again. With his very hectic schedule, he managed to work our repair in - even worked until dark one afternoon and on a Sunday. We are very pleased with his work, his work ethic and professionalism. Would highly recommend! Wish we had found him years ago!"
