He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work!
