The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "I would highly recommend using this company. They are honest, know what they are talking about and won't price gouge you like some other companies. I hired them after a job that was done by another roofing company resulted in a leaky new roof. They came out did an inspection told me everything that was done incorrectly showed me pictures and made recommendations of what it would take to complete the work, basically what you expect from a company. Now that they have repaired all of the work my roof no longer leaks and I can rest assured the job was done right. Also their staff are all friendly and knowledgeable regardless who you talk to. "Excellent experience dealing with Beyond Exteriors. Very professional, quick to respond out to provide estimate, and were able to come out the following week to do the job. They installed new gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, and repaired fascia for me, and did a wonderful job. I've had contractors do work at my house, and some are good with clean-up while others aren't. Aside from the fact that I had new gutters etc installed, I couldn't even tell that the installers had been to my house b/c they didn't leave any debris behind. Also, great customer service. I rec'd a call the day prior to confirm installation, then a call afterward to follow-up. Very professional. I think their prices may be slightly on the higher end, but, being a gov't worker, I know that choosing a project solely on price is not always beneficial for the customer. I've learned that you pay for what you get. I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of work received from BE; can't emphasize this enough.
