Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish.  In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house.  The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. Not only are they experts in their field, but their attention to detail and pride in their work are apparent in the work that they do.  "

"Abel and his crew did an outstanding job installing a second handrail in each of our stairwells as well as repairing a wooden stair step and our newel post. The handrails will definitely help my spouse with their mobility limitations. Abel was prompt in responding to a request for an estimate. He helped us devise a good solution and took the extra effort to ensure the new handrails complimented the existing ones (i.e. similar wood, shape, color, and finish) and met our expectations. His crew was courteous, efficient, paid attention to fine details, and ensured the job site was meticulously cleaned when the job was done. "Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). "I hired MC Mark Construction, led by Marco Ayala, for a variety of home projects, and I’m truly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism from start to finish. They reinstalled 12 floor tiles in my kitchen/dining area that had been improperly installed years ago. They also replaced a broken tile, regrouted the entire area, and polished the floor. The result is stunning — the floor looks brand new! They also replaced a loose wooden plank on my deck, took care of a leaky leader hose, and scraped and painted a third-floor metal balcony railing — a tough job that required ladder access from outside. All were handled with skill and care. They also repaired and painted part of the stairwell wall. He communicates clearly, sticks to timelines, and offers fair pricing.
